At present, China has signed 15 free trade Agreement, involving 23 countries and regions. In the first half of 2017, Jiangsu achieved a total import and export volume of 1,874.8 billion yuan, second only to that of Guangdong Province. The total volume of imports and exports increased by 20.6% over the same period of last year, marking the highest year-on-year growth record for the first half of the year since 2011.

According to statistics of Nanjing Customs, in the first half of this year, Jiangsu achieved a total import and export volume of 1,874.8 billion yuan, an increase of 20.6% over the same period of last year (same below), setting the record year-on-year growth rate of import and export of Jiangsu in the first half of 2011, accounting for the same period of China's import and export Accounting for 14.3% of the total, up 0.3 percentage points from the first half of last year; of which, 1.48485 trillion yuan was exported, an increase of 18.2%, accounting for 15.9% of China's exports, accounting for 0.7% of the total. (I) Monthly import and export value has been rising steadily, with the country's import and export record high in June. Since the beginning of this year, the import and export of Jiangsu's foreign trade have risen steadily. Except for the small import and export value affected by the Spring Festival in February, all other surpassed 300 billion yuan each month. In June, the import and export volume of Jiangsu reached 346.73 billion yuan, up 26.3% over the same period of the previous year and up 5.1% from the previous month. This was the highest monthly import and export volume of Jiangsu's foreign trade. Among them, the export volume was 217.84 billion yuan in June, an increase of 25% over the same period of the previous year and an increase of 7.5% , An increase of 28.6% from the same period of previous year and a 1.3% increase from the previous month.

(II) The general trade import and export increased sharply, and the import and export of processing trade stabilized.

In the first half of the year, Jiangsu's import and export by ordinary trade amounted to 932.306 billion yuan, up 25.1%, accounting for 49.2% of the total value of Jiangsu's imports and exports during the same period. Of this, exports of general trade reached 567.54 billion yuan, up 21.4%; imports of 355.52 billion yuan, up 31.4% . In the same period, the import and export by means of processing trade amounted to 776.81 billion yuan, up 19.5% or 41.4%, of which, the export of processing trade was 488.0 billion yuan, up 16.1%, and the import was 288.8 billion yuan, up 25.8%.

(III) The import and export to the United States and ASEAN have obviously increased, and the import and export of some countries along the "Belt and a Road" have seen rapid growth.

In the first half of the year, the United States and ASEAN ranked respectively Jiangsu's first and third trading partners. Imports and exports of Jiangsu reached 313.7 billion yuan and 218.65 billion yuan respectively, up 24.2% and 25.8% respectively. The EU, South Korea and Japan ranked respectively Jiangsu's second, fourth and fifth trading partners. Jiangsu respectively imported and exported 305.05 billion yuan, 203.04 billion yuan and 180.108 billion yuan, up by 19.8%, 18.7% and 18% respectively. The import and export of the above five trading partners, Total accounting for the same period the total import and export value of Jiangsu 65.1%. In the same period, Jiangsu imported and exported 44.25 billion yuan, 17.52 billion yuan and 17.34 billion yuan respectively to India, Russia and the UAE along the "Belt and Road", up 30%, 36.8% and 39.4% respectively.

(IV) The import and export volume of foreign-invested enterprises exceeded 60%, higher than that of private-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises.

In the first half of the year, the import and export of foreign-invested enterprises in Jiangsu reached 1,220.29 billion yuan, up 21.7%, accounting for 64.2% of the total import and export value of Jiangsu in the same period. Among them, foreign-invested enterprises exported 674.24 billion yuan, an increase of 18.9%; and imported 528.76 billion yuan, up 25.4%. In the same period, the import and export of private enterprises amounted to 513.79 billion yuan, up 17.7%, accounting for 27.4%. The import and export of state-owned enterprises reached 158.02 billion yuan, up 20.7%.

(V) The export of some electromechanical products such as mobile phones and ships increased significantly, while the exports of integrated circuits and solar batteries declined.

In the first half of the year, Jiangsu exported 7.4501 trillion yuan of mechanical and electrical products, up 17%, accounting for 64.8% of the total value of Jiangsu's exports in the same period. Among them, the export of portable computers was 63.62 billion yuan, an increase of 14.4%; handsets 37.32 billion yuan, an increase of 93.9%; ships 25.15 billion yuan, an increase of 38.9%; containers 7.45 billion yuan, an increase of 73.3%; LCD panel 21.65 billion yuan, an increase of 20.4% In addition, exports of 45.84 billion yuan of integrated circuits, down 11.2%; diode and similar semiconductor 23.35 billion yuan, down 12.2%; solar cell 15.29 billion yuan, down 20.7%. Over the same period, seven types of traditional labor-intensive products such as clothing, textile yarn fabrics and products, footwear, plastic products, luggage, toys and furniture amounted to 194.42 billion yuan, up 18%, accounting for 16.9% of the total value of exports in Jiangsu. Over the same period, exports of medical products 8.64 billion yuan, an increase of 61%.

(VI) The import of iron ore, coal and other bulk products increased at a higher price, and the import of some electromechanical products such as integrated circuits and diodes increased rapidly.

In the first half of the year, the imported iron ore in Jiangsu Province reached 30.89 billion yuan, up 66.4%, of which the average price of imports rose 56.2% over the same period of last year; the coal consumption was 4.02 billion yuan, up 2.6 times and the average price increased 1.2 times; that of liquefied petroleum gas was 10.49 billion yuan, up 1.2 times , The average price rose 17.4%; soybean 20.43 billion yuan, an increase of 16.2%, the average price rose 18.7%, some chemical imports also increased the price of Yang. In the first half of this year, Jiangsu imported 9.57 billion yuan, 6.85 billion yuan and 19.17 billion yuan of ethylene glycol, styrene and plastic raw materials, up by 40.4%, 14.9% and 23.8% respectively, with the average price rising 35.8%, 33% and 16.4% respectively, . In the same period, Jiangsu imported 417.63 billion yuan of electromechanical products, up 19.4%; of which, 141.76 billion yuan was imported for integrated circuits, an increase of 22.5%; that of LCD panels was 26.57 billion yuan, up 9.5%; that of diodes and similar semiconductors was 12.7 billion yuan, up 33.3%.
